Do you have a great vision for how you want your presentation to look, or do sometimes find it challenging and frustrating to have a clear vision in mind?
Our job is to take your ideas, thoughts and vision and organise them into a structured, yet engaging message. We'll ask you to script your presentation - even if that is just scribbles and notes.
You focus on what you want to say and what message you want to convey. We'll do the rest.

We'll bounce thoughts and ideas off you during the initial consultation and then we'll go and put our thinking caps on.
We'll sketch out a 'Wire Frame' with our suggestions for design, layout and content.
We'll send that to you in the form of a slide pack. it'll look like a sketch book but it'll be the foundation of the final presentation.

Following feedback from the wire frame discussion, we'll do an initial layout of the presentation.
Here we'll discuss ideas on how it will flow and the level of content. We'll talk about transitions, animations, timings, how you intend presenting etc.
Then we're off to colour it in and make it dynamic.

Once we've 'coloured it in', we'll pass it over to you for any final adjustments. At this stage we expect them to be minor as we'd have caught any of the major changes in the preceding stages.
This is a good time to practice your presentation.
Once we've identified any last minute changes, we'll get the final version ready for you.

When you have signed off the presentation we will get the final version to you quickly.
During the process we will have asked you to practice and run the presentation but we'll be on hand if you need any help.

It includes design and build and formatting of any data into graphs, tables and graphics, etc.

We charge a per slide rate depending on the complexity of the slide.
Animated and dynamic slides can use multiple slides in a transition. So if a slide needs three or four other slides ahead of it to effect the desired transition, we'll only charge for final slide.

If you don’t have your own images or video you can choose from thousands of stock images and videos covering nearly every topic you can think of.
There’s a standard price list for the images. Videos can vary vastly in price so we will provide quotes for those.

In order to prepare for your presentation we offer one on one coaching services. Coaching is charged as an initial flat fee of £100 (for online) and £250 (in person) and thereafter an hourly rate of £30 online, and £50 in person. It excludes expenses such as travel, accommodation and subsistence, etc.
